THERMAL OIL HEATER
Thermal Oil Heater, namely: heater using Thermal Oil Fluid as a heat conductor medium and can work up to a temperature of 350 degrees Celsius.
Unlike steam that needs to use pressure up to 160 bar for a temperature of 147 degrees Celsius, a Thermal Oil Heater works only at the pressure of the flow pump so that it is safe and tools that require no heating need to be designed with special construction.
The working age of Thermal Fluid used is usually more than 20 years. and no need to add anything as long as there are no leaks in the heating pipes or equipment, and as long as it doesn't need cleaning because the inside of the heating coil is not crusty like in Steam Boiler.

Thermoblok Oil, usually supplied in construction Vertical / horizontal which is so effective because it uses an Integrated burner that uses exhaust gas to preheating the combustion air until the combustion of oil is so excellent. Heating Coil is made of Seamless brand mannessmann or brand benteler, the Tube Boiler is continuously driven. Each welded connection is checked carefully and the final push test uses up to 30 bar pressure. Thermal Oil flows in the coil at a speed that is designed in a jelly way to avoid overheating which can cause oil damage due to the formation of charcoal (coking).
