Specification of Fire Steam Boiler fuel Gas
Steam Boiler
European standard, this time we will discuss the definition of steam boiler. what is a boiler, basically a boiler is a closed vessel where water is heated until the water is converted into steam at the required pressure. an explanation of the basic definition of definitions.
How the Boiler Works
The way a boiler works is very simple and very easy to understand. Boilers are basically closed vessel devices where water is stored. Fuel (generally coal) is the material in the furnace and hot gas is produced, or it can also use other heat-producing devices such as burner stoves that use diesel fuel, gas and residue. These hot gases touch the water vessel where the heat from these hot gases moves to the water and consequently is produced in the kettle. Then this steam is channeled to a thermal power plant turbine. There are many types of boilers that are used for various purposes such as running a production unit, cleaning a number of areas, sterilizing equipment, heating the environment, drying a production, and still lots of heat.
Efficiency of steam boilers
The percentage of total heat exported by steam outlets in the total heat supplied by fuel (coal) is called the steam boiler efficiency. This includes thermal efficiency, fire efficiency and fuel for steam efficiency. The efficiency of the steam boiler depends on the size of the boiler used. The general efficiency of the steam boiler is 80% to 88%. Actually there are some losses that occur such as incomplete combustion, emitting losses
