Unlike steam that needs to be offset by up to 160 bar for temperature usage of 147 degrees Celsius, Thermal Oil Heaters work together at the pump pump's insignificance only, so it's very safe and needs a heating tool that does not need to be tailored to a special construction.

Oil Thermoblok, usually supplied in Vertical / horizontal construction which is also effective because it uses an integrated burner that uses exhaust gas for preheating the air for prime oil. Heating Coil is made from Seamless mannessmann brand or Benteler brand, Tube Boiler which is controlled by continuous way. Each welded joint is checked thoroughly as well. The final insistence test uses an urgency of up to 30 Bar. Thermal oil flows in coils at a speed designed in a sharp way to avoid overheating which can cause oil damage due to the formation of charcoal (coking).
