Thermal Oil Heater is intended to heat Bituman Asphalt. Thermal oil or thermal fluid is used to carry energy to the application
heating, industrial processing and also cooling industrial machines. Thermal oil is most suitable for use in high temperature applications where conditions
the most optimal operation is between 150ºC to 350ºC. At this temperature, heating using Thermal oil / thermal fluid will have
highest efficiency.

HOW THERMAL OIL HEATER HEATER ASPHALT BITUMANS WORKS – AMP
How the Thermal Oil Heater machine works on the Asphalt Bitumen tank on the AMP (Asphalt Mixing Plant) engine is the result of the Heat of the Thermal Oil Heater engine which
using oil media then transferred using a pump to be circulated to the asphalt tank continuously until the asphalt temperature is deep
Asphalt tanks are kept constant by circulating hot oil which is heated indirectly (Indirect). Hot oil is heated by
stove and pumped through a pipe section in a bituminous tank.
The temperature and degree of combustion of the oil burner are automatically adjusted by the built-in hot oil control panel. Thermal Oil Heater IDM
produce 400,000 – 600,000 Kcal, in accordance with recommendations from the Public Works Department (PU) to use asphalt burning indirectly
which has been widely used by AMP (Asphalt Mixing Plant) companies throughout Indonesia.
